How do I return a product?

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a reason during the first 30 days of ownership. Contact a Customer Service Representative at (305) 893-7799 to explain why you want to return your product. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as a store credit or credit card refund, less 20% processing fee. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.

What items are eligible for return?
Novelties, lubricants, and essentials
If the original packaging and seal are still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for merchandise credit less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept any return of opened novelty, lubricants and essentials items. There can be no exceptions.

What items are NOT eligible for return?
We cannot accept a return based on any of the following reasons:
Items did not arrive in time for your party.
It looked different once it got here.
Items purchased as a gift and no longer needed.
Orders canceled by email. Cancellations must be completed by telephone: (305) 893-7799 between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time.

Other things to keep in mind:

If you return products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances. Items that are returned after 30 days or not in accordance with the above will not be credited or returned.

Undeliverable Orders
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
